Eligibility and agreement

You may browse public material without an account. To create or use an account, you must be at least 13 and at least the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live. The service does not offer parent-managed accounts for children under 13.

By selecting the account-agreement checkbox and creating or continuing an account, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. The site records the policy versions, time, language, method, and age-requirement attestation associated with that action.

Accounts and credentials

Provide accurate account information, use an email address you are authorized to access, and keep your credentials confidential. Do not share an account, allow another person to act under your identity, or use another person’s account or learning record. Notify The Grand Alignment if you suspect unauthorized access.

Appropriate and prohibited use

Use the service for lawful learning, education, organizational work, and other purposes the site makes available. Do not attempt to bypass access controls; view or alter another person’s information; upload malicious code; disrupt the service; scrape protected areas; misrepresent identity, progress, or authority; infringe rights; or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Educational information—not individualized advice

Courses and illustrative material provide general education. They do not provide individualized medical, legal, tax, insurance, financial, or other professional advice and do not replace a qualified professional’s judgment, emergency services, applicable law, local requirements, safety standards, or partner-led field practice.

Certificates and professional-development records, when offered, are organization-issued records. They are not licenses, academic degrees, or accreditation. The Grand Alignment may require specified activities, assessment results, practice evidence, and integrity checks before issuing them.

User-submitted materials

You are responsible for material you submit, upload, or share and must have the right and authority to provide it. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authorization. Do not place passwords, access codes, complete government identifiers, raw payment-card data, bank credentials, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in ordinary forms or course responses.

Workplace files and contracts must be used only for authorized organizational purposes. Follow any instructions to minimize or redact sensitive identifiers before upload.

Intellectual property and permitted educational use

The site, its original courseware, design, text, media, and organization-issued materials are owned by or licensed to The Grand Alignment or their respective rights holders. You may use public educational material for personal learning, classroom instruction, and noncommercial education unless a page states a different license. Do not remove authorship or rights notices, sell or republish substantial portions, or present the material as your own without permission.

You retain rights you already hold in material you submit. You authorize The Grand Alignment to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, administer, and maintain the feature in which you submitted it, subject to the Privacy Notice and any separate agreement that applies.

Third-party services, donations, and payments

The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, storage, narration or AI-assisted functions, and payment processing. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Donation payments are completed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Enter payment-card details only in the provider’s checkout. A donation does not purchase course access or create an account entitlement unless The Grand Alignment expressly states otherwise.

AI-assisted and illustrative material

Some educational or illustrative materials may be developed with generative-AI assistance and are reviewed by The Grand Alignment. The Grand Alignment is responsible for the content it publishes.

An “illustrative image” label means the image should not be understood as documentary evidence of an actual program, person, location, or completed activity.

Availability, changes, suspension, and termination

We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every lesson fits every situation. We may correct, update, restrict, or retire content or features.

The Grand Alignment may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, material violation of these Terms, or protection of people, records, or the service. Where appropriate, we may ask you to correct the issue first.

Account closure

You may request account closure through the Contact page. Closure ends account access but does not necessarily erase records that The Grand Alignment must retain for security, audit integrity, learning credentials, employment, payroll, contracts, donations, disputes, or legal obligations. The Privacy Notice explains these practices in more detail.

Policy version and updates

These Terms are identified as terms-2026-09-08 and take effect on 2026-09-08. We may revise them as the service changes. If a revision is material, account holders may be asked to accept the new version before returning to a private account area.
